And if your HOA requires detailed plans for any exterior work to be done on your home then we can prepare and file the application on your behalf. Once you sign off on the work and make the down payment for the contractors, which is conveniently done in one location on your concierge portal, work begins. If any change orders are required then RMA will notify you, or the contractor on your behalf. Finally, once the job is done you are notified via email that final payment is due, which is once again paid for through your concierge portal.
