Realty Management Advisors LLC is owned and operated by Carl T Cirinelli Jr. Carl has lived and worked in Bluffton as a Property Manager and owner in a Rental Company since 2005. Originally from Sparta New Jersey Carl studied Business management at William Patterson College. Carl ran and owned several business including a Formica location and moving to owning a Mortgage co with over 50 employees before making the move in 2004-2005 to Bluffton/Hilton Head SC. Carl Enjoys spending his free time camping and fishing as well as spending time with his 5 Children and 5 Grandchildren.
Angelo Cirinelli
Partner
Angelo Cirinelli is a Partner at Realty Management Advisors and plays a key role in ensuring the company’s operations run efficiently and effectively. He holds a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology from William Paterson University and focuses on optimizing business processes, overseeing the company’s ticket management system, and ensuring prospective clients receive prompt and professional attention. Outside of work, Angelo enjoys working out, playing guitar, and going on hikes.

David Lebron is a Partner at Realty Management Advisors and focuses on leveraging the latest technology to keep the company operating efficiently and ahead of industry trends. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Johns Hopkins University and oversees the company’s website, SEO strategy, digital marketing efforts, Outlook systems, and various software platforms used throughout daily operations. In his free time, David enjoys mountain biking and skiing.

Leasing & Inspection Agent
Alexa is a Leasing and Inspection Agent with several years of experience in the rental and property management industry. She coordinates property showings, guides prospective tenants through the application process, and conducts semi-annual and move-out inspections to help ensure properties are well maintained and meet local licensing standards. Alexa enjoys building relationships with tenants and providing friendly, professional service. Outside of work, she enjoys bicycling, spending time at the beach, and relaxing with friends.
Noelia Porras
Maintenance Coordinator
Noelia serves as the Maintenance Coordinator and Office Manager, overseeing tenant communications, maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and project follow-through to ensure all work is completed efficiently and professionally. With over four years of experience in the property management field, she is dedicated to providing excellent service to both tenants and property owners while continuing to grow within the industry. Outside of work, Noelia enjoys reading, going to the beach, morning jogs, and 4-wheeling and is always ready for a new adventure.

The monthly management fee is 10-12% of rents collected.
In addition there is a marketing and tenant qualifying fee of 14% of the first month’s rent and a renewal fee of $150 whenever an existing lease is renewed for at least 12 months.
We perform job and income verification, credit checks, searches for prior eviction and felony history, verification of rent (VOR), and more to ensure that a great tenant is placed in your house.
Due to our strict tenant screening process we very rarely have to file for an eviction.
This service is for owner occupied homes. Some examples of what this service can be used for includes: If you have a maintenance issue in your home, or need a landscaper, or a cleaner then all you have to do is call us and we take care of the rest!
